As the only all female team at RedBull Soapbox 2022, with a "beautiful soapbox" and providing face glitter for all, we attracted many spectators to our stand before the race began in early July. We had a wonderful time, chatting to the public, sharing why we were there and answering the common question of "why are you called 'The 11%' ?". Promoting female engineers to such a vast audience, of all ages and backgrounds was such amazing opportunity and memorable experience.

Our race may not have been a winning one but it was certainly one to remember! Outstanding tenacity shown by our driver, cheered on by the roaring crowds after two breath-taking crashes, really did emanate the essence of our team.

Massive congratulations to all the teams, who we were lucky enough to get to know over the weekend and thank you to all the spectators who spurred us on.
